When you list
with RE/MAX Partners you can expect:

- Listing Sheet
We'll gather the information about your home that is of interest to prospective buyers: room sizes, price, personal property, special features, taxes, mortgage info, lot, etc. and promptly place a RE/MAX sign on your property. The sign will allow an interested caller to contact RE/MAX Partners directly get accurate information easily.
- Multiple Listing Service
In addition to notifying all of the RE/MAX agents in the area, we'll advise the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) that your home is available and encourage our cooperating brokers to show you home as well.
- Photographer
A photographer will take an exterior photograph of your home within a few days. This will be used with the listing sheet, display advertising and web site advertising. For the best pictures, try to keep the garage door closed, the yard neat, and cars out of the driveway.
- Showings
An appointment will always be made in advance. You will have the name of the agent and an approximate arrival time

- Follow up on Showings
You may call our office at any time if you have any information which you believe will be helpful. We will follow-up on showings to establish interest and to elicit any meaningful feedback from the showing agent. It may take some time to contact the other agent since we may both be in and out of our offices, but we will follow-up and call you when the feedback is pertinent.
